No official date has yet been set for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania streaming on Disney Plus. However, if we look at Marvel Studio’s last big release, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, we can make some educated guesses as to when the new Ant-Man movie will arrive.
Black Panther 2 spent 82 days in theaters before it launched on Disney Plus. If we stick to that same schedule for Quantumania, we should expect it to become available for streaming on Disney Plus from Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Of course, plans can change, and the performance of the movie when it comes to the big screen will likely play a huge part in how long it will be exclusively at theaters.
If Quantumania is a huge success, the wait could be longer than expected, while if it doesn’t do quite as well as Marvel Studios would have hoped, it could make its way to Disney Plus sooner than we think. The release window between theatrical and streaming for the MCU movie before this, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, was just 50 days, for example.
