Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC ‘The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero’ Release Date Window Revealed

Pokemon Presents has revealed what a lot of people expected with the new Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet DLC ‘The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero’ coming later this year in two separate parts.

When is the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet ‘The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero’ release date?

The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC will drop in two separate parts, with the first titled ‘The Teal Mask’ and the second titled ‘Indigo Disk’. The Teal Mask is planned for a fall 2023 release, and the Indigo Disk is planned for a winter 2023 release.

As you’d expect from Pokemon DLC, they’ll introduce new features and new Pokemon to the game, with two new legendary Pokemon shown off in the trailer along with old Pokemon from other regions.

While fans have been mostly anticipating a big update to fix many issues with the game, including glitches and frame drops galore, Nintendo and The Pokemon Company’s Pokemon Presents show concluded with the new DLC announcement instead.

You can pre-order the DLC today from the Nintendo Store. The Pokemon Presents also showed off the long-awaited Pokemon Sleep, with a release date announced for that title, while also announcing a brand new Pokemon TV series, Pokemon Concierge, which will be a stop-motion series created exclusively in collaboration with Netflix.
