This Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Special Edition Includes a Spoon

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has had a lot of hype behind it for quite a long time now, but with the fast-approaching release a new pre-order has appeared on Amazon Japan with an extremely unusual bonus: a spoon!

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Spoon Edition

If you pre-order The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom from Amazon Japan you get both a spoon and a fork emblazoned with the name of the series and the triforce. However, if you choose to just pre-order the standard edition of the game, you still get the spoon, which means you’re getting cutlery regardless of what edition of the game you actually get.

This follows the same pre-order bonus for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet in Japan, which also came with a spoon and a fork emblazoned with the school logos for the game. As of yet, there’s no sign of these pre-order bonuses making their way over to the UK sadly, which means that we’re still stuck using our hands to eat out of bowls (or if you’re fancy, just using a standard spoon).

In other Nintendo news, Pokemon might be getting into NFTs and fans are currently enjoying a fan-made RPG Maker Pokemon title.
