Reggie Fils-Aimé Quotes Taken in Response to Zelda Leaker

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom leaks have been spread across the internet in various ways, as some try to complete the open-world game before it releases or Nintendo’s lawyers smoke them out. The volatility of the matter makes it a risky thing to put out there, and former President and COO of Nintendo of America Reggie Fils-Aimé has taken to a popular film to poke fun at one particular person gloating about the leaks.

Reggie gives a jokey response to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom leaks

A user that went by imahumanandimagamer on Twitter simply tweeted an image of Tears of the Kingdom running on the Nintendo Switch’s dashboard (or some kind of emulated version of it) with “lol” as the caption. It’s unclear if this was a pirated copy or one obtained through a broken street date. Fils-Aimé found the tweet and replied with an abridged version of the infamous phone call scene from 2008’s Taken, joking that he has a “very particular set of skills” that will make him a “nightmare for people like [them].”

The user not only deleted the tweet after this Liam Neeson quote, but wiped their entire profile, too. Fils-Aimé then followed up by posting a screenshot of the original tweet and his response to ensure that this doesn’t get away from imahumanandimagamer.
